He has lectured frequently on various topics related to the Florida Workers’ Compensation Law and authored a section of the Florida C.L.E. Manual on Workers’ Compensation Practice. In addition, Leo has been a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator since 2004. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
